Job Summary
This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and staff of LWL-Archaeology for Westphalia, a public institution dedicated to culture and social cohesion. The ideal candidate will manage the Director's calendar, handle communications, organize events, and oversee travel arrangements and financial tasks. This position requires a highly organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen interest in archaeology and museum-related topics. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, utilizing your excellent IT skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training of at least three years in municipal public service (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Office Management Clerk, Administrative Course I) OR other relevant three-year vocational training (commercial/administrative) with relevance to the mentioned tasks.
Experience
- Professional experience in commercial or administrative roles
- Experience in secretarial and assistant functions
Languages
Additional
- Driving License Class B is desirable.
