Job Summary

This role involves providing 2nd level IT support for a financial sector company in Munich, working within a 12-member team. The specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues within Citrix AHP environments, Exchange Server, and Active Directory. Key tasks include error analysis, problem-solving, creating and maintaining IT documentation, building a knowledge base for support cases, and contributing to the conception and setup of new IT environments. The position also involves supporting 1st level IT support and gradually taking on IT administration tasks. This is an in-house role, initially as a temporary assignment with the option for permanent employment, offering long-term career prospects and remote work flexibility.
