Job Summary

This role is for an IT Specialist in System Integration, joining a regional energy supply company in Northwest Lower Saxony for a two-year contract. The successful candidate will be a key part of the IT service team, primarily focusing on first-level user support, addressing IT disruptions and inquiries, and assisting employees with hardware and software issues. A crucial part of the role involves maintaining and updating IT documentation, including network components, system configurations, and IT processes, ensuring all changes are accurately recorded. The specialist will also be responsible for processing tickets within the IT service management system, classifying, prioritizing, and tracking them to ensure timely and quality-assured resolution. Additionally, managing and maintaining IT inventory, from recording and assigning hardware/software to supporting procurement and disposal, is part of the daily tasks. This position requires a proactive, structured, and service-oriented individual with a strong team spirit and a Class B driving license.
