Job Summary
This role involves conceptualizing, coordinating, and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns across various sales channels, including B2C, C&R, and C&C. The successful candidate will ensure seamless campaign processes, manage agencies for advertising material conception, and define promotional items for advertising. A key aspect is the collaboration with internal and external interfaces such as Content, Performance Marketing, Category Management, CRM, and retail locations. The role also includes developing forecast models, setting KPI targets with Business Intelligence, and analyzing customer journeys to optimize usability and customer experience. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, or comparable completed education
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in marketing and/or sales controlling or sales management
- Practical experience in independent conception and implementation of omnichannel campaigns
- Ideally, professional knowledge in project and interface management
- Profound experience with MS Excel
- Ideally, initial experience with shop systems
