Job Summary
This role is for a proactive and experienced Team Lead in IT Service Management, responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a service management team. The successful candidate will ensure and continuously improve IT service processes and operations in accordance with ITIL principles, driving service quality and optimizing the service value chain. Key responsibilities include managing process owners for core service processes like Request, Incident, Problem, and Change Management, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and collaborating closely with internal departments, customers, and external service providers. This position is ideal for a leader with strong communication and analytical skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a passion for strategic IT service development.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT Service Management
- Leadership experience (ideally)
- Profound knowledge in ITIL (at least ITIL Foundation, ideally ITIL 4)
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
