Job Summary

As a Tax Advisor at YPOG, you will be an integral part of a dynamic and unconventional Tax and Law Firm, focusing on ongoing tax consulting for forward-thinking companies and entrepreneurs. Your daily responsibilities will involve comprehensive support for exciting clients, providing ongoing advice on complex tax law issues, particularly concerning domestic and international partnerships. You will also be responsible for preparing tax returns for partnerships and corporations, and offering project-based specialized advice on corporate tax law, international tax law, and the taxation of closed-end funds and their shareholders.
