Job Summary

This role is for an IT License Manager who will actively shape and optimize the organization's software landscape. The successful candidate will ensure software usage is compliant with contracts and licenses, manage commercial and technical license inventories, and generate insightful reports. Utilizing Software Asset Management (SAM) tools, they will assess risks, develop recommendations, and identify opportunities for improving license environments. This position involves strategic software procurement, contract negotiations, and acting as a key internal and external consultant for IT teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT, business, or law, with experience in license management, software purchasing, or SAM tools, and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical and commercial topics.
