Job Summary

This role is for a strategic and operational Team Lead for Finance and IT, contributing to an open and social Europe through the EU programs Erasmus+ Youth, Erasmus+ Sport, and European Solidarity Corps. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial and IT leadership of a team of 8, including budget creation, monitoring, and reporting, as well as overseeing and developing IT services and support. Key responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with legal and organizational guidelines, advising management on financial matters, and fostering a motivating, innovative, and goal-oriented work environment. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, a flat hierarchy, and the opportunity to work in a meaningful field with a strong social cohesion and flexible working arrangements, including mobile work options.
