  • Prior research experience in computational platforms: scanpy & scverse, spatial omics data structure: “spatialdata“, spatial omics analysis framework “squidpy-, NCEM, SNV, CNA, phylogenies using Mutect2, ASCAT, Battenberg, GRIDSS2, DPclust, Mutational/CNA signature extraction, RNA editing deep learning framework
  • Professional experience in cancer genomics, proteomics, single-cell RNAseq, spatial transcriptomics, and molecular cell biology
