Job Summary
This role involves providing active technical support for the implementation of service product retrofits for individual and fleet customers, specifically focusing on PowerGen Diesel and Gas Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and introducing electrical and/or mechanical implementation specifications, from planning to customer acceptance after commissioning, including technical documentation. Key responsibilities also include project controlling with active cost management and reporting, technical support for customer projects with a focus on Hyper Scale/fleet customers, and technical consulting for the RRPS Service Network regarding all technical service product inquiries. The position requires a strong technical understanding, experience in professional customer interaction, a high standard of quality during implementation, and a willingness to travel globally.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician/Master's degree or university degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics
