Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich is seeking a full-time Technical Assistant to join the operational chemistry team at the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Research Neutron Source (FRM II) in Garching. This role involves crucial tasks such as sampling, processing, and determining chemical parameters, as well as measuring activity levels in operational waters from both current and older facilities. The successful candidate will also perform metrological tasks for the environmental monitoring program and meticulously document all results, ensuring compliance with strict limits and regulations. Ideal candidates will have a background as a Chemical, Medical, or Biological Technical Assistant, possess strong knowledge of water and analytical chemistry, and be proficient in laboratory and office software.
