Job Summary

This role is for a Software Developer specializing in automatic test systems, working with HENSOLDT, a global leader in premium sensor solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and integrating test applications and drivers for various stimuli and measurement devices within test systems. Key duties also include maintaining existing test systems, conducting obsolescence analyses, troubleshooting test specimens, and documenting developed software. This position requires a proactive individual who can independently manage work packages and serve as a technical point of contact for software-related queries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science, coupled with expertise in measurement technology and experience in test system development, preferably with C/C++ or NI tools like LabVIEW and TestStand. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential, along with a willingness for occasional business travel.
