Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Support Specialist who will be instrumental in managing and optimizing IT infrastructures for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and support of IT systems, with a particular focus on ERP systems. The specialist will handle First and Second-Level support, including troubleshooting and ticket management, alongside installing, configuring, and maintaining client and server systems, primarily within a Microsoft environment. Ensuring system availability through robust backup and recovery processes, performing system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations, and meticulous documentation of IT processes are also key.
