Job Summary
This role involves supporting and advising the management and departments on data protection matters, particularly concerning the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), E-Government Act, and Online Access Act. You will be responsible for preparing and revising organizational regulations related to data protection, such as service instructions and agreements, and conducting data protection impact assessments. Additionally, you will prepare, conduct, and follow up on audits. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in a relevant field OR completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in) OR Civil service qualification for the higher general non-technical administrative service, higher economic administrative service, or higher technical administrative informatics service.
Experience
- Professional experience in general and specific data protection law
- Proven equivalent skills and experience in a relevant professional environment (for those without specific degrees)
