Job Summary

This role is for an IT Supporter in the pharmaceutical industry, based in Geretsried or Neutraubling, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for jointly managing the IT infrastructure with external service providers, serving as the primary IT contact for employees, and providing both First and Second Level Support internally, as well as First Level Support for customers. Key responsibilities also include maintaining communication systems and creating and updating IT documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for diverse IT topics, demonstrate an independent and structured working style, and have good command of both German and English.
