Job Summary
This role involves leading the Building Management and Operations department, overseeing a team of approximately 20 employees. The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic, technical, infrastructural, and commercial alignment of properties for optimal space development, collaborating closely with the "Construction and Technology" team within Facility Management. Responsibilities include preparing decision-making documents, forecasts, and developing and implementing processes. The position requires ensuring compliance with operator responsibilities and AMEV guidelines for maintenance, inspections, and repairs of building services systems. The role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in facility management and leadership, who is proficient in relevant software and possesses excellent communication skills.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/FH) in Engineering with a specialization in Facility Management, or Business Administration (FH/Bachelor) with a specialization in Industrial Engineering
Experience
- Professional experience in operating and managing real estate properties
- Proven leadership experience
- Familiarity with requirements for rental and service contracts, current norms, and regulations
- In-depth knowledge of vendor management and procurement, with a focus on services
