Job Summary
This role is for a proactive Change & Process Manager in Organizational Development who is passionate about driving effective change and integrating processes. You will be instrumental in shaping the evolution of company structures and processes across departments, focusing on practical implementation and taking significant personal responsibility. The position involves analyzing and optimizing existing processes in production, logistics, and administration, modeling them using standard methodologies, and conceptualizing and guiding change processes from ideation to team implementation. You will also moderate workshops, develop organizational structures, and act as a sparring partner for departments and leaders regarding change, process thinking, and collaboration. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Industrial Engineering) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in process management, organizational development, or change management
- Ideally, experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience with digital modeling tools or willingness to quickly learn them
