Job Summary
This role is for a Technical Project Manager specializing in profile extrusion, based in Huthwaite, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently setting up and commissioning extrusion plants, ensuring production quality by monitoring dimensions, surface, weight, and overall quality, and proactively troubleshooting issues. They will also handle special and project-based tasks. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in plastics processing, strong mechanical and plant engineering knowledge, and a hands-on mentality. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain international experience within a global company, with support provided for relocation to the UK.
Required Skills
Education
Technical training with further education as a Technician/Master or a completed technical degree (e.g., Plastics Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
Experience
- Professional experience in plastics processing
- Professional experience in PVC processing
- Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering and plant engineering
- Experience with tool modification is an advantage
Languages
