Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing and managing the Accounting and Tax department for a diversified group of companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code), directly reporting to the Executive Board. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper group consolidation, optimizing ongoing accounting processes, and managing all tax-related matters, including coordination with auditors and tax advisors. The position requires a leader who can identify and implement process improvements, collaborate closely with Group Controlling, and foster a motivating team environment.
