This role seeks a strategic and results-driven Business Strategy Manager to lead the Assistance Business Team, focusing on excellence and scalability in customer support and banking operations. The successful candidate will be a key partner to Customer Support and Operations Enablement teams, driving impactful strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring effective and compliant scaling. Responsibilities include leading and developing the Assistance Business Team, building scalable business processes, managing external service provider relationships, and tracking KPIs and SLAs. The role requires strong analytical skills, project leadership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support continuous growth and operational excellence within a dynamic, regulated environment.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from a reputable university.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in a dynamic environment such as Fintech, Banking, Consulting, Startups, or Corporate Strategy
  • Proven experience in vendor management with strong ability to lead internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with audited and highly regulated environments is a strong plus
  • Professional experience with customer-facing products or processes
