Job Summary
This role involves managing and evolving the Document Management System (DMS), specifically Enaio, for the Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis district administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical operation and continuous development of the DMS, overseeing upgrades and updates, and implementing interface projects with other departmental systems. A key aspect of the role is managing requirements within the Enaio environment and acting as a crucial liaison with the IT department for client management and first-level support. The position requires a proactive problem-solver capable of providing second-level support and coordinating third-level support, alongside creating essential technical documentation and user guides. Required Skills
Education
University or technical college degree with an IT-related focus, or comparable qualification (e.g., IT Professional)
Experience
