Job Summary

This role involves leading a production team within a family-owned pharmaceutical company specializing in homeopathic and medicinal cannabis products. The successful candidate will be instrumental in planning, organizing, and overseeing all production activities, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and regulatory requirements are adhered to. A key aspect of the role is the leadership and development of a team of approximately 12 production employees. Additionally, the position requires active participation in creating and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation, as well as contributing to the qualification and validation of processes and equipment.
