Job Summary

As a Global Industrial Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the industrialization strategy at the site, focusing on a long-term vision. This pivotal role involves leading and developing a team of scientists and technicians, overseeing the scale-up and transfer of new production processes into GMP production, right up to the first commercial batch. You will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring production processes to ensure quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, while also ensuring compliance with GMP standards and supporting audits and technology transfers. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field, coupled with strong expertise in vaccine manufacturing, bioprocess engineering, and project management. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic role.
