Job Summary

This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations and providing crucial 1st and 2nd level support for a variety of clients. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and analyzing IT issues, troubleshooting, and resolving errors. The specialist will act as a key communication interface between users and other support teams, as well as handle the installation, configuration, and administration of hardware and software. Meticulous documentation of all processes is also a core responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration, initial professional experience in IT support, and strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, along with Active Directory.
