Job Summary

As a Requirements Manager, you will be instrumental in an agile project environment, focusing on the efficient collection, management, and prioritization of requirements. Your daily tasks will involve continuously optimizing processes, methods, and tools for requirements management, and organizing and documenting change management rounds and the Change Board. You will also be responsible for creating concepts for requirement implementation, coordinating closely with internal and external process partners, and maintaining incoming requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in IT, electrical engineering, or systems engineering, or extensive experience in requirements management, especially within large software projects in the automotive sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with tools like CodeBeamer, DOORS, Jira, and Confluence, and fluent German and English are key to success in this dynamic position.
