This role is for an experienced Construction Supervisor in Civil Engineering who is eager to actively manage demanding projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and steering civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to construction plans, regulations, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects, specialist planners, and contractors, documenting construction progress, and managing defects. A crucial aspect of the role is also ensuring workplace safety on the construction site. Candidates should possess a background in construction, either through a technical degree, a master craftsman qualification, or a university degree in civil engineering, complemented by experience in construction supervision. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (HOAI & VOB) is essential, along with good German language skills.
