Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating real estate projects from initial land development to successful completion. The Project Lead will be responsible for ensuring land readiness for construction, managing public building and planning law processes, and overseeing the entire transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, contract negotiations, and construction-phase project leadership. A key part of the role is driving new construction projects and conducting strategic portfolio analysis, market observation, and investment calculations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate economics, transaction, and project management, particularly within the residential property sector, and will collaborate extensively with authorities and various partners.
