As an Expert in Filtration Technology at Bayer's Leverkusen site, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing filtration, centrifugation, and solid-liquid separation processes for active ingredients, formulations, and seeds. You'll join interdisciplinary project teams, contributing significantly to scale-up activities and technology transfers. Your role involves evaluating existing data, analyzing production processes, and conducting experimental investigations at lab and pilot scales to develop and refine separation techniques. You will also assess new separation technologies, contribute to internal knowledge development, and engage in scientific exchange within academic and industrial networks, actively shaping the future of process engineering within Bayer's global production and R&D network.
