Job Summary

This role is for an IT Architect who will play a crucial part in the continuous development and standardization of the IT architecture within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architecture concepts and specifications across all architectural layers, evaluating exception requests, and shaping infrastructure architecture and its underlying technologies. The successful candidate will also review technical specifications for architectural compliance, assess current technologies, and provide input for new target architectures, while advising on architectural matters. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Fachhochschul-, Bachelor's, or Diplom) in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field. Equivalent skills and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • Professional experience in creating architectural specifications
  • Professional experience in infrastructure architecture
  • Experience in preparing complex technical topics into abstract, decision-ready content (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of public administration (advantageous)
