Job Summary
This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Specialist who will also serve as Deputy Head of the Technical Department at BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle, a specialized acute care and rehabilitation hospital. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the vision of a sustainable hospital operation, focusing on implementing innovative solutions while minimizing the ecological footprint. Day-to-day responsibilities include shared overall responsibility for the technical area, leading a 15-member team, ensuring operational and functional safety with a focus on plant groups 4-6, and managing maintenance and repair projects. The position also involves optimizing plant structures for sustainability and future-proofing, participating in committee work, and contributing to financial planning and process optimization. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree relevant to the area of responsibility (e.g., Electrical Engineering)
Experience

- Proven knowledge and experience in awarding planning, construction, and service contracts, including framework agreements
