Job Summary

This role requires a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a client specializing in skilled professionals in Switzerland. Based in Zurich, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing, to attract top talent and ensure a diverse candidate pipeline. A key aspect of the role involves building strong, strategic partnerships with internal leaders and decision-makers, guiding them through hiring processes, and representing the company at recruitment events. You must possess excellent communication skills and a multicultural mindset to interact effectively across various professional levels and hierarchies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in TA, preferably within the Finance, Consulting, or Technology sectors, combined with fluent German and English skills.
