Job Summary

This role is for an IT Technician to join a company providing information technology services. The technician will handle a variety of tasks, including managing individual incidents, troubleshooting client-side hardware and software issues, and providing support for mobile devices (iOS & Android). Key responsibilities also include assisting with network problems, performing IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) activities, and configuring/installing PCs, notebooks, and printers. Accurate documentation of all tasks within a ticketing system is essential. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant IT qualification or practical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in common office applications.
