Job Summary

This role involves the global commissioning and networking of IT systems with sheetfed offset printing machines and pre-press/database systems. The specialist will integrate printing machines and server systems into existing customer IT infrastructure, perform problem analysis and resolution, and conduct worldwide installation, commissioning, and acceptance of optical measurement and control systems. Key responsibilities also include remote support for customer service inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, media technology, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, possess strong network knowledge, and be proficient in server hardware, databases, and interface installation. This position requires a willingness to travel globally and work in shifts, offering a dynamic environment with direct customer interaction.
