As a Junior Inside Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by generating leads, supporting account management, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include proactive telephone outreach to business contacts derived from trade show leads, marketing campaigns, and online research. You will conduct needs analyses, qualify potential business customers, and meticulously document interactions in the CRM tool. This role involves strategically developing the business through new customer acquisition and retention, presenting IT solutions to clients and at trade fairs, and executing sales-promoting activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
