Job Summary

As a Customs and Foreign Trade Specialist, you will be the central point of contact for all customs and foreign trade legal matters, ensuring seamless import and export operations. Your daily tasks will involve managing customs authorizations such as Approved Exporter and AEO, handling export documentation and legalization, and verifying import declarations from freight forwarders. You will also be responsible for maintaining material master data, including tariff numbers, and managing the "PCalc Preference Calculation" software and sanction list screening. This role requires deep expertise in export control and preference law, along with experience in customs simplifications and the ATLAS export application. The ideal candidate is meticulous, independent, and a strong team player, contributing to process optimization and internal training within a supportive, family-led company focused on innovation in retail automation.
