Job Summary

This role is for a Systems Technician specializing in security technology, particularly access control and time recording solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining terminals for access and time recording, along with integrating these systems into existing networks. Key tasks also include providing technical support during presales for new application development, documenting service activities in a helpdesk system, and implementing and customizing SAGE HR software. The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics for building and infrastructure or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with experience in security technology and IT networking. Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft SQL database management, and network concepts like routing, LAN/WAN, and TCP/IP is essential.
