This role involves supporting and advancing a Voice over IP (VoIP) switching platform, ensuring the stable, secure, and smooth operation of thousands of daily phone calls. The successful candidate will act as a technical point of contact for 2nd and 3rd-level support, provide training and workshops to internal colleagues and external partners, and collaborate with sales and product management to optimize solutions.
