Job Summary

This role involves supporting a client in Kiel with the integration, commissioning, and configuration of software and hardware for communication management systems used by the German Navy. Day-to-day tasks include developing and integrating software and hardware, troubleshooting issues in coordination with various teams, and contributing to the evolution of software solutions and innovative technologies. The position also requires supporting documentation management and performing functional proofs in test fields and on board customer vessels. Ideal candidates will possess a technical degree or relevant vocational training with experience in IT integration of complex systems, proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, and network protocols, and an affinity for visualization and automation technologies. Knowledge of the marine industry is a plus, and good German and English language skills are essential.
