Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in onsite support within a global IT services and engineering solutions company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-level support directly at the client's location, diagnosing and resolving issues across hardware, software, networks, and communication systems. Key responsibilities include the installation and lifecycle management of client hardware and software, as well as general administration and support for client environments. The position also involves maintaining technical documentation and inventory data.
