Required Skills

Education

• Qualification for judicial office OR • University degree (Master/Diploma) in Physics or Chemistry OR • Technical university degree (Master/Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience with disciplinary leadership responsibility
  • Practical experience as a leader in accompanying change processes (Change Management)
  • Supervisory activity in a mid-level authority or supreme state/federal authority
  • Experience in leading larger organizational units
