Job Summary

This role is for an experienced In-house Tax Advisor or Tax Specialist to join the finance and controlling department of Limbach Gruppe SE, a leading medical laboratory group in Germany. The successful candidate will be the primary contact for group companies and departments on various tax matters, including income tax, VAT, and national tax law. Key responsibilities include reviewing and drafting contracts from a tax perspective, preparing tax balance sheets and returns, and reviewing tax assessments. The role also involves participating in tax audits, implementing legislative changes, and contributing tax expertise to finance projects like restructurings and acquisitions.
