Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support, focusing on client hardware and software. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and deploying client hardware, conducting technical function tests, and meticulously documenting results. The specialist will also handle service requests, troubleshoot incidents within the Windows client environment, and advise users on WDS. Key responsibilities extend to maintaining checklists, updating asset data, and managing tickets in Omnitracker. Additionally, the role supports on-site network changes and projects, including the setup, dismantling, and expansion of network components with expert group assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding in hardware and software, excellent communication skills in German and good English, and a service-oriented approach.
