Job Summary

This role involves leading and developing the Laboratory and Measurement Technology department, currently comprising five employees, focusing on the quality assessment of electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and fiber optic products. The Head will oversee electrical functional tests, environmental simulations, application tests, dimensional measurements, layer thickness measurements, material analyses, microsection preparations, mechanical tests, and vibration tests. A key responsibility is ensuring product qualification adheres to requirements, guidelines, and standards, alongside managing the procurement and validity of testing standards. The position also entails strategic planning of processes, methods, instruments, and measurement equipment, and supporting development teams in product optimization, particularly in EMC hardening and interference suppression for electronic circuits. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in complex electronic and fiber optic systems, alongside excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
