Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rosetrust AG, a boutique international trust company in Zug, working closely with an affiliated English law firm. As an Accountant and Fiduciary Specialist, you will provide crucial accounting and administrative support for the company, the law firm, and their diverse international clientele. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of Swiss and foreign companies, including incorporation, general management, and liquidation. You will also handle complex Swiss and international VAT matters, other Swiss corporate and individual tax issues, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate must be a Swiss qualified accountant or possess equivalent practical experience, coupled with several years of experience in an international fiduciary setting. This position offers the chance to grow within a small, professional team utilizing state-of-the-art technology, requiring excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Required Skills
Education
Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
Experience
- Several years’ experience working for an international fiduciary company with global contacts
- Expertise in the area of managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management and liquidation)
- Professional experience with payroll administration
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
