Job Summary
As the Head of Human Resources Department for the City of Görlitz, you will lead and manage the HR team, overseeing personnel, training, travel expenses, honoraria, and central administration. This role involves strategic planning for personnel recruitment, selection, and development, collaborating closely with department leadership. You will be responsible for implementing the staffing plan, managing payroll processes, and handling fundamental legal matters related to tax, social, and pension law. Required Skills
Education
University degree in General Administration, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management (Diplom (BA, FH), Bachelor (FH, BA, Uni)) OR successfully completed advanced training as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirtin A II) or Certified Administrative Business Economist (Verwaltungsbetriebswirtin VWA)
