Job Summary
This specialist position is responsible for driving the complete implementation and ongoing optimization of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within the newly deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system for Pomoca, a brand within the international Oberalp Group. Day-to-day tasks involve configuring MRP parameters, ensuring high data quality for master data (BOMs and routings), executing the MRP process, and analyzing material availability to prevent shortages or excess stock. You will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams, and lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting. This is a critical role for ensuring maximum efficiency in manufacturing and procurement, offering significant influence within a dynamic, sporty team environment at a market leader in mountain sports equipment.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) or production planning.
- Professional experience in supply chain functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems and their logic, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Additional
- Digital mindset required. Preferred experience in the sporting goods or textile industry and a passion for mountain/outdoor sports. The position is full-time (100%) in Chavornay, Switzerland.
