Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician to provide essential IT support for a leading European IT service provider's client, DLR, primarily in the Dresden area with occasional travel to other sites like Cottbus, Zittau, Jena, and Bremen. The technician will be responsible for installing and configuring client hardware, performing system rollouts, conducting functional checks, and meticulously documenting results. Day-to-day tasks include processing service requests and incidents within the Windows client environment, advising users on Windows Deployment Services (WDS), and maintaining checklists and asset data. The position also involves collaborating with technical teams to dismantle and assemble network components.
