Job Summary

This role involves hands-on IT support and hardware management for one of Germany's leading IT service providers, supporting over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and disassembly of various hardware components, conducting initial fault analyses, and developing first-line solutions. A key aspect of the role is providing on-site support within the Stuttgart area, which includes a willingness to travel and occasional overnight stays. You will also be crucial in user support and system training, as well as classifying and escalating IT disruptions.
