Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Rollout Technician to join a leading IT service provider in Germany, managing over 600,000 IT workstations globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and configuration of hardware components, setting up and dismantling IT hardware, and ensuring its operational readiness. A key part of the role involves training users on new systems and applications, as well as prioritizing, classifying, and documenting IT incidents within a ticketing system. You'll also perform on-site troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, and maintain accurate asset data.
