Technical and Security Director | Directeur Technique & Sécurité (H/F)

Job Summary

This strategic leadership role as Technical and Security Director involves ensuring the optimal technical functionality, maintenance, and comprehensive security of a major cultural site, such as a museum operating 355 days a year. You will lead a team of five technical and scenography staff while coordinating multiple external service providers covering security, cleaning, gardening, restoration, and IT. Key responsibilities include overseeing building maintenance, fire safety, IT infrastructure, and managing visitor spaces and scenography. The position requires participation in group projects related to zero accidents, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and cybersecurity. Furthermore, you will manage relationships with local authorities and property owners and drive important certifications like Swisstainable.
